On behalf of NEVER AGAIN CLUB/ RUBIMBA, I welcome you to this website and hope that you will enjoy and find useful  information given out. The idea of founding NEVER AGAIN CLUB in KIBUNGO sector, was introduced 2010/4/10 in the dialogues that are held every APRIL . After analyzing the important role that other against genocide clubs play, we have decided to found, as other different region in Rwanda did, NEVER AGAIN CLUB. This is to promote the culture of unity,reconciliation etc among Rwandans especially youth( FUTURE LEADERS). This club plays a significant role in our sector and in Ngoma district in general.
